The minimum rental period is usually 5 nights. Check-in is possible from 5 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m. Shorter rental periods are possible on request, e.g. over long weekends.

The apartments on the ground floor and upper floor are rented out in April and May (pre-season), June to September (season), and October (post-season). Rental is not normally possible during the winter months (no access to the house).

Children aged 3 and above are considered one person. A bed for infants can be provided upon request.

Special rates apply for short breaks and long weekends (on request).

At least half of the estimated total price, but at least half of the price for one week, must be paid in advance upon registration. If the registration is withdrawn, the deposit will be forfeited. 

Use of the apartment with access and outdoor area, and in particular use of the furniture, kitchen appliances, hot water bottles, and ovens, as well as entry to the property and use of the access road, is at your own risk. 

Children and young people must be supervised by adults.

1. Electricity flat rate: €2.00/night.
2. Hand towels and dish towels are provided. Towels for personal hygiene must be brought with you and are not included in the price. Bed linen can be provided (€8.50 per stay or 14 days, 1 sheet, 1 pillowcase, and 1 duvet cover per bed). It is not permitted to use the beds without bed linen.
3. Visitor's tax is payable by the guest in accordance with the visitor's tax regulations of the municipality of St. Peter.
4. Heating materials are available to the guest for free.
5. A final cleaning fee of €35.00 per apartment will be charged regardless of the number of guests and length of stay.
6. The keys to the apartment will be handed over upon arrival and must be returned in full upon departure. If a house key is lost, the lock must be replaced. The costs for this are significant, so please take the greatest care with the keys in your own interest.
7. The access road must be driven on carefully, slowly, and in first gear. Road users are responsible for any damage caused by inappropriate driving on the road and to third parties.
8. Damage to the apartment and furniture, loss of tableware, etc. must be repaid. Please note that repair costs may be very high, as it is very difficult to find workers due to the location of the house.
9. The inventory and condition of the apartment will be checked together upon your arrival; the apartment will be inspected again upon your departure using the same criteria.
10. Bringing and keeping dogs, cats, and other small animals is not permitted.
11. Waste disposal is only permitted in the designated garbage bags, which are to be left in the house. (Waste disposal fee: €1.00/day).
12. The above rental conditions are accepted with registration.
